Pay Range
$37.40 - $55.63 /hour

- Performs all duties and responsibilities inherent to Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse as required.
- Coordinates the unit schedule based on productivity (short-term & long-term basis)
- Assists director with department charge reconciliation.
- Completes investigation of incidents on the unit including assisting director with education and coaching PRN.
- Monitors performance and quality improvement projects on the unit. Provides staff with real time feedback PRN.
- Assists with payroll functions as needed.
Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelors Of Nursing Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and 1 year of experience at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson
- Registered Nurse: North Dakota, upon hire and
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days and
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 90 Days
Preferred
- Charge Nurse experience
