CHI St. Alexius Health manages four CAHs in North Dakota - Elgin, Linton, and Wishek, as well as Mobridge Regional Medical Center in Mobridge, S.D. CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including: a Level II Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North Dakota.

In this role, you will:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Support pediatric patients and families with compassion and education
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality care, and infection control
- Document care accurately while ensuring patient confidentiality
- Help create a positive, healing environment for patients, families, and coworkers
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- RN license in North Dakota or compact state
- New graduates welcome
- BLS certification required within orientation period
- Strong communication skills and a passion for pediatric care

- Shift: Day/Night Rotation, 12hrs
- Holiday/Weekend Rotating: Every other/ Every third weekend
- On Call Expectation: As assigned
