- Lead the development and execution of brand strategy, messaging, and organizational storytelling
- Ensure consistent, on-brand messaging / communications, internal and external, across digital, print, social, web, and media channels
- Partner with our Philanthropic Foundation and Business Development leadership to align marketing efforts with growth objectives
- Develop, manage, and measure effectiveness of marketing content, campaigns, and collateral across all platforms
- Oversee social media, websites, and digital presence to enhance engagement and visibility
- Develop and utilize market data and trends to inform strategy and strengthen competitive positioning
- Develop and manage Marketing & Communications budget, including tracking, reporting, and optimization
- Lead and coordinate external vendors and creative partners
- Support community engagement efforts, events, and outreach initiatives
- Represent the organization at outside and community events and speaking opportunities
- Identify and promote meaningful stories that highlight patients, families, staff, and community impact
- Monitor public perception and lead crisis communication and reputation management efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related leadership role
- Strong strategic thinking, writing, and storytelling skills; excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Experience managing multiple channels, campaigns, and projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate across teams and lead initiatives
- Healthcare or nonprofit experience preferred
Salary : $95,680 - $128,586
