Pay Range
$17.24 - $24.35 /hour
**Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus Offered**
Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment!
Location: Elkhorn Metabolic Health Clinic
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 645a-515p (Thursday's Off)

What you'll be doing:
- Accurately and consistently obtain and document vital signs, blood pressure readings, glucose measurements, and other key metabolic markers.
- Conduct focused patient assessments, gather detailed medical histories, and help identify any potential concerns or changes that require provider attention.
- Support our providers during examinations, consultations, and specialized metabolic testing.
- Skillfully collect blood, urine, and other specimens for comprehensive metabolic lab testing.
- Assist with medication administration as directed, ensuring compliance and patient understanding of their treatment regimens.
- Offer clear, concise instructions and reinforce health coaching messages to patients, helping them understand their care plans and stay motivated on their metabolic journey.
- Work hand-in-hand with physicians, dietitians, health coaches, and administrative staff to deliver integrated, high-quality metabolic care. We're all in this together!

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State-approved EMT training program graduate
- Active State NE EMT License required
- Active status on Nebraska Medication Aide Registry within 90 days of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
