In this role, you will provide personalized, non-medical care in home and community-based settings, supporting comfort, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and hygiene
- Provide companionship, safety supervision, and emotional support
- Assist with light meal preparation and daily routines
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team
- Support clients with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer’s care
- Follow care plans and agency protocols to ensure high-quality, compliant care
Requirements
- PCA or CNA certification (as applicable)
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or patient care preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transfers
- Strong communication skills with clients, families, and care teams
- Knowledge of client privacy and HIPAA standards
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Per diem, PRN
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
