We’re seeking a skilled and dependable In-House IT Specialist to manage and support the daily technology needs of our team. Based in Jackson, Mississippi, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to be the go-to problem solver for everything from basic support to network infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshooting computers, software, printers, and everyday technology issues.
* Helping set up employee devices and accounts.
* Coordinating IT support requests and projects with our national provider.
* Posting and updating website content, including blogs and images.
Candidates should have IT support experience, basic website posting skills, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities. SEO and technical website experience are a plus.
Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
