As an Account Manager, you are the trusted advisor to our healthcare clients. You guide them through their workflow on a vendor neutral VMS, plan strategically with them, and help them get more value from Locumsmart over time.
Responsibilities
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base commission bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at every level of our client organizations and act as a consultative partner.
- Usher clients through their workflow, from assignment requests to invoicing, and educate them on how to use Locumsmart to solve business challenges.
- Drive adoption of new and existing features.
- Develop and run strategic account plans, and lead business reviews tied to client goals.
- Identify expansion opportunities within current clients, including new facilities, service lines, and underused features.
- Coordinate multiple client stakeholders and partner with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Track client satisfaction, retention, utilization, and revenue growth.
- Share client feedback and industry trends to help shape our products.
- Exceptional client-facing and consultative skills.
- Strategic thinking and experience building and executing client plans.
- Ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm for technology and for teaching clients to use it.
- Strong understanding of the locum tenens and healthcare industry.
- Proven account management or customer success experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
