Responsibilities

• Act as the crucial link between the kitchen and serving staff, ensuring timely delivery of orders to maintain food quality and presentation standards
• Verify that dishes leaving the kitchen meet safety, portion, and presentation guidelines before serving to guests
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order modifications, special requests, or timing adjustments
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables and running food promptly and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to enhance guest satisfaction
• Running food to tables.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to manage service flow during busy periods, ensuring a lively yet organized environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations.
• Outstanding organization skills.
• Prior Front of the House experience is required.
• Familiarity with banquet service, food handling, and hospitality best practices enhances your suitability for this role
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests is a must
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
