Chez Poulet is a fun and casual French Rotisserie Restaurant from the owners of Le Bouchon. We are opening in the Bucktown Neighborhood and will be offering full and half chickens, French Sides, Baguettes by Mindy Segal, seasonal salads, charcuterie & French Wine!
At Chez Poulet, we’re looking for someone who enjoys taking care of people. Our ideal candidate will have a variety of Front of House experience and is excited about working a hybrid role. This position will have some responsibilities of a traditional cashier role but we are looking for someone who can confidently guide our guests through the menu, make recommendations and make folks feel welcomed from the moment they come in.

Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with warmth and enthusiasm
- Take guest orders accurately using our POS system
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations
- Run food to the patio when needed
- Bus and reset tables when needed
- Keep the dining room clean, stocked, and inviting
- Refill beverages, sauces, and guest necessities
- Assist guests throughout their visit—not just at the register
- Support the kitchen and teammates during busy periods
