We are hiring a Maternal and Child Health Nurse to join our amazing team in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The heart of public health is the community we work to protect. As a Maternal and Child Health Nurse, you will:
• Utilize the Maternal Early Sustained Childhood (MESCH) curriculum for home visiting, prenatal–2year post-partum.
• Lactation consultation assistance with certification available after hire.
• Assist expecting moms with obtaining Medicaid.
• Case navigation for children with special healthcare needs.
• Community outreach and education.
• Become competent in public health emergency preparedness activities.
If you are the right person for this opportunity, you will have the following skills and experience:
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wyoming
• CPR Required
Pay range between $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
