Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
- Serve beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage cash register transactions with precision, including cash handling, credit card processing via POS systems and issuing receipts
- Assist with stocking, cleaning, and customer draw!
- Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing questions or concerns promptly
Requirements
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently; basic math skills required
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a nightclub or restaurant environment
- Previous experience with upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members
