- $160K–$200K base salary for 4x10 and prorated for 2x10 and 3x10 shift options
- $20,000 employee referral bonus for any DVMs you refer that are hired (paid at 90 days)
- 2.5:1 support staff ratio (actually practice medicine)

- Assembly-line medicine
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain in Utah)
- GP experience with confidence in surgery and medicine
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
