Job Description
Associate Program Manager – Site Experience Analytics
Our Team
At Chewy, pets are at the center of everything we do. We’re passionate about making pet parenting easier and delivering happiness to pets and their families. Our innovative products, trusted brands, and exceptional delivery service mean less time shopping and more quality time for pet parents and their beloved pets. Join us in our mission to create the best possible experience for every pet parent!
The Site Experience team is responsible for building and implementing strategies on the Chewy website to optimize customer experience—enabling effortless navigation, engaging content, and seamless product and services discovery. We enable our partners on the Site Experience team by turning data into insights that shape strategy, guide decision-making, and drive customer impact.
About The Role
Chewy is seeking an Associate Program Manager, Site Experience Analytics to join our fast-paced and collaborative team, based in Boston or Seattle. In this role, you will deliver hypothesis-driven analyses that uncover the “why” and “so what” behind customer behavior, while also managing reporting and analytics initiatives end-to-end across teams.
You will own defined analytics and reporting projects from intake through delivery: adhering to timelines, aligning stakeholders, tracking milestones, and communicating status, risks, and tradeoffs. In addition to dashboarding and experiment analysis, you will ensure projects move forward with clarity and structure, partnering across Product, Analytics, and Site Experience to drive measurable impact.
This role requires both technical depth (SQL, data analysis, visualization) and strong program management fundamentals (organization, cross-functional alignment, and clear communication). The ideal candidate thrives at connecting data to decisions, translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and with high quality. We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to deliver results!
Key Responsibilities
Education & Experience
Exempt salary team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
Chewy is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, ancestry, national origin, gender, citizenship, marital status, religion, age, disability, gender identity, results of genetic testing, veteran status, as well as any other legally-protected characteristic. If you have a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act or similar law, and you need an accommodation during the application process or to perform these job requirements, or if you need a religious accommodation, please contact CAAR@chewy.com.
