About the Role
Connect with a Vet is looking for experienced veterinarians to deliver high-quality virtual care to pet parents across the U.S. You’ll conduct video-based consultations, support pet parents with medical guidance, and help expand access to veterinary care, all from your home.
Schedule Expectations
- Part-time with consistent weekly availability
- Includes evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts (up to 3:15am EST)
What You’ll Do
- Conduct virtual consultations with pet parents
- Assess, diagnose, and guide treatment when appropriate
- Educate and support pet parents through telemedicine
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Ensure compliance with telemedicine and VCPR regulations
What You’ll Need
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent)
- Active veterinary license in good standing (multi-state a plus)
- 3 years small animal experience
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Comfortable with technology and virtual care platforms
- Quiet, reliable workspace high-speed internet
- Acquire and maintain licensure in good standing in any states where licensure is necessary to provide telemedicine services
