Duties
- Take dogs on engaging walks, ensuring they receive proper exercise and mental stimulation
- Provide attentive pet sitting services, including feeding, administering medications, and monitoring health
- Maintain detailed records of pet activities, behaviors, and any health concerns
- Support pet owners with updates on their pets’ well-being and special needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in dog handling, pet sitting, or animal care roles
- Veterinary technician or assistant experience is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for pet transport or supplies
- Strong animal handling skills with a focus on safety and restraint techniques
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
