- Inspire alignment around priorities during periods of high volume or change, making timely, well-reasoned decisions
- Drive high employee retention through coaching, thoughtful delegation, and consistent recognition of achievements
- Conduct regular staff meetings to share updates, celebrate wins, address challenges, and build solutions together
Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences
- Ensure the team delivers proactive, value-added service across high-net-worth personal trust and institutional investment management relationships
- Serve as an escalation point for sensitive or complex client matters, handling them with composure and expertise

- Coordinate client communication initiatives and encourage client referral activity
Drive Operational Excellence
- Identify and resolve issues, implement best practices, and maintain consistency of execution across the team
- Ensure proper administration of accounts in compliance with all legal, regulatory, and documentation requirements
- Evaluate personnel and workflows to sustain the firm's high client service standards

- Deep expertise in trust administration, wealth management advisory, and fiduciary best practices
- Extensive knowledge of investment products, including alternative investments
- Proven track record leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills — written, verbal, and in executive presentations
- Strong analytical, legal, compliance, and technical acumen
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and the agility to manage multiple complex priorities
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications (CTFA, CFP, JD, or similar) a strong plus
