JOB SUMMARY:
To be responsible for promoting Chevy Chase CC among its members and the greater community, to develop the brand and to continuously facilitate the improvement of membership sales, member and guest experience, revenues, and overall satisfaction of the club community through continuous review and subsequent development of high-quality services and activities.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
CPR/AED and First Aid certificate required
Must be able to work in a fast paced, high energy, and physically demanding environment
Occasionally work up to 23 hours per week, depending on the needs of the property
Must be able to spend a minimum of 90% of working time standing
Must be able to communicate clearly with our guests in the primary language of the restaurant specific location (Primary English)
The ability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays, as needed. related physical activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide excellence in guest service at all times.
Opening and Closing the pool each day according to scheduled hours
Treat the pool with correct amount of chemicals as needed
Closely monitoring activities related to the pool area and identifying any safety issues
Directing swimmers out of the water in dangerous conditions
Maintaining a clean pool environment in the pool and in the surrounding area.
Make sure the pool deck floor is clean. Clean as needed.
Every hour, must get the attention of pool goers and remind families to take children to the restrooms.
Check pool and jacuzzi PH on a daily basis and log in the daily pool log
Clean pool as needed with netting
Store pool floaties at closing
Ensure jacuzzi is turned off at the end of the day
Reset pool chairs at end of day to alight with pool deck seating chart
TEAMWORK REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to come to work regularly and on time, to follow directions, to take criticism, to get along with co-workers and supervisors, to treat co-workers, supervisors and members/guests with respect and courtesy, and to refrain from abusive, insubordinate and/or violent behavior.
