What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wingstop Closing Crew Members (Leonard Street Location) position at Chevron?
We are looking for new crew members to add to our team that want to work hard in a fast-paced team environment, and have FUN while they do it! Here at Wingstop, our goal is simple: to serve the world FLAVOR! Team culture is at the center of everything we do. We keep our menu and processes simple, provide some of the best training and equipment in the industry to drive our success, and support our team members every step of the way. All in order to grow and develop the next generation of flavor experts and leaders to support our rapid growth here in West Michigan. We need friendly cashiers that are customer centric, and who can deliver an exceptional guest experience. We also need great cooks to help prepare and toss delicious wings, fries, fried corn, and ranch (you must promise to never forget the ranch!).
Come join our team and help serve the world flavor! We are looking for full time and part time employees, with an emphasis on night and closing availability. No experience required, if you can bring the energy, we will teach you the skills.
Responsibilities For Cooks
Set up workstations to company standards
Operate, clean, and maintain equipment
Prepare ingredients and items as needed (sauces, cutting vegetables, and mixing up gallons of our famous RANCH!!!)
Cook food in a timely manner
Maintain proper time and temperature controls and procedures
Ensure great presentation of food
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Check quality of ingredients
Maintain a clean kitchen by regularly wiping down equipment and mopping the store
stocking reach ins and freezers
Filtering and boiling out fryers
Following all opening and closing procedures
Skills
Experience as a cook is a plus! If not, we will train you on everything you need to know (we keep it pretty simple around here)
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Ability to work in a team setting and be a team player
Great communication skills (we don't run a quiet kitchen) and a positive attitude
Ability to stand on your feet for at least 6 hours at a time
Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
Comfortable in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities for Cashiers
Provide exceptional service and overall experience for each and every guest
Bring the ENERGY to our front counter
Ability to take and read orders back to customers both in store and over the phone
Clean, stock, and sanitize the dining room, soda station, and bathrooms frequently through out the shift
Operate our Aloha POS system (training provided!)
Have a great attitude and be punctual for every shift
Great communication skills
Be willing to support the kitchen as needed - whether it be packing and handing out orders, dropping product in fryers, or tossing wings in flavor as needed - everyone supports everyone around here!
