Special Considerations
Regulatory Disclosure for US Positions
- Accountable for scheduling turnarounds using Primavera P6 software following Chevron scheduling standards.
- Work with other turnaround team members on duration and critical path estimate.
- Review schedule progress and validate on a regular basis with turnaround team.
- Develop integrated schedules including pre-TA and project work.
- Work with SD Operations coordinator, STL to ensure Shut Down, Clean Up, Start up (SCS) schedule is correct and resource loaded.
- Work with contract partners to optimize resources.
- Build detailed budgets using CVX staffing plan documents
- Participate in schedule assurance reviews with Enterprise Turnarounds, Planning & Scheduling advisor as needed.
- During turnaround execution, communicate critical path, SCS, and any other areas of concern.
- Document all lessons learned from all phases of turnaround planning.
- Adopt digital tools as rolled out for use and provide feedback to product owners.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–5 years of experience in scheduling, project controls, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of scheduling principles, including critical path and resource planning.
- Experience supporting turnarounds, shutdowns, or industrial project environments.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or similar systems.

- The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,300 – $206,400.
