Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Responsible for overall area logistics operations and execution of processes/ systems and accountable for the area metrics in the following activities: Incident Free Operation, External and internal Customer Satisfaction, Business Partner Alignment, Continuous Efficiency Improvement and Organizational Capability. Primary point of contact for Willbridge marine terminal and butane blending scheduling. Key contributor to PNW Supply scheduling process with PSAT and VCO. Collaborates with Operations, Engineering, HSE, Maintenance, CPP, VCO, TAG to review and/or manage terminal projects. Coordinates with Operations to meet project needs and coordinates terminal work between groups, removing scheduling conflicts when needed. Makes recommendations for the improvement of operations, maintenance, engineering and HSE. Supports reliability, safety and compliance of the 3 NW Hub Terminals and Willbridge Lubricants Plant through routine terminal visits, checklist verification, and maintaining compliance requirements Reviews work requests, outstanding actions items, makes initial investigations and works with operations on job prioritization. Ensures actions are complete, materials and/or other items needed are present and keeps parties informed of related work. Provides/Monitors terminal performance indicators, such as downtime, inventory, etc. Provide reports and suggested action items. Supports and drives digitization efforts. Provides terminal support for regulatory compliance and internal/external audits and inspections. Required Qualifications: Strong operations background and demonstrated knowledge of operational procedures and execution plans. High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years terminal operations experience Demonstrate excellent organization and communication skills Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while producing high-quality work Capable of building quality relationships with team members Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of BI Reports Proficient in MS Excel Relocation Options: Relocation may be considered.
