Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and diagnostics to identify issues.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Execute automotive repairs on various systems, including powertrain and automotive electrical systems.
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and repair complex automotive problems.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with service advisors to provide estimates for repairs and maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
- Weld components as necessary for repairs or modifications.
What you bring:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, GM dealer experience
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
- Warranty repair experience
- Professional attitude and reliability
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications, ASE and GM certifications are preferred
