Learn a Skilled Trade

Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and building things with your hands?
Are you looking for more than just another job — something where you can learn real trade skills and grow?

If so, this could be a great opportunity to start building a career in the skilled trades.

We are looking for hardworking individuals who want to learn the craft of masonry, concrete, and carpentry while working alongside experienced crew members.

No prior experience needed. Many of our top team members come from backgrounds in sports, construction, landscaping, farm work, or other hands-on environments.

A Day in the Life of Our Crew

  • Your day begins early as the team reviews the project plan. Crews work alongside experienced Team Leads on masonry, concrete, and carpentry projects
  • Learning to work with materials such as stone, block, brick, concrete, and wood
  • Assisting with building walls, structures, and various outdoor installations
  • Helping to maintain an organized and productive jobsite
  • Supporting the crew in completing projects efficiently and safely

Throughout the day, you’ll stay active moving materials, learning tools, helping skilled crew members, and steadily building your trade skills.

At the end of the day, you can step back and see real progress — something your team built that will last for years.

Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience and skill level
  • Opportunities for pay increases as skills develop
  • Training in masonry, concrete, and carpentry skills
  • Opportunity to grow into higher-paying roles such as Skilled Craftsman or Crew Leader
  • Extended weekends due to our typical 4–4.5 day work schedule

We're Looking for People Who

  • Show up ready to work and learn
  • Pay attention and ask questions during training
  • Are comfortable with physical outdoor work and changing weather
  • Take pride in quality craftsmanship and teamwork
  • Want to develop real trade skills

The people who thrive in this role often

  • Like being part of a team that works hard together
  • Are motivated to learn new skills and improve over time
  • Value building something that lasts
  • Work alongside experienced crew members on masonry, concrete, and carpentry projects
  • Learn to work with materials such as stone, block, brick, concrete, and structural wood
  • Assist with building walls, structures, and outdoor installations

  • Support the crew in completing projects efficiently and safely

What the First Year Looks Like

First 30 Days

You’ll learn the basics of the jobsite — tools, materials, safety practices, and how our crew works together.

First 3–6 Months

You’ll begin developing real skills in masonry, concrete, and carpentry while becoming a dependable member of the crew.

6–12 Months

As your experience grows, you’ll take on more responsibility and begin building the skills needed to become a Skilled Technician.

Hardworking team members who commit to learning can continue advancing toward roles like Crew Leader or Skilled Craftsman.

Our Culture

We believe great work comes from strong teams and people who take pride in their craft. We focus on building an environment where people support one another, develop their skills, and take pride in the work they produce.

Our Core Values:

Building & Enriching Relationships

Strong relationships are the foundation of great work. We treat teammates, clients, and partners with respect and work together to create projects we can all be proud of.

Cultivating Creative Solutions

Every project brings unique challenges. We value thoughtful problem-solving and craftsmanship to develop solutions that are both practical and well-built.

Fostering Learning & Growth

We believe in developing people. Our team members are encouraged to learn new skills, improve their craft, and grow into greater responsibility over time.

This Job Is NOT for Everyone

This role involves physical work, long days, and working outdoors in changing weather conditions.

It may not be a good fit if you:

  • Dislike working outdoors in heat, cold, or rain
  • Struggle with early start times
  • Thrive best in roles that don’t require ongoing learning or skill development

But if you take pride in hard work, enjoy building things with your hands, and want to learn a real trade, you’ll likely do very well here.

Opportunities to Grow

As your skills develop, so do your opportunities — including higher pay, increased responsibility, and advancement into roles such as:

  • Skilled Craftsman
  • Crew Leader
  • Project Leader

Why This Job Is Different:

Most jobs give you a paycheck. This role gives you a trade.

Those who work hard, continue learning, and take pride in their work can build a long-term career in the skilled trades here.
