You will not only build but also ensure the quality, testability, and operational excellence of AI components, directly influencing our product roadmap and client success.What You'll Do:Lead AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy complex, AI-driven front-end applications (Next.js, React, TypeScript) utilizing frameworks like Tailwind and UI libraries (e.g., shadcn).Integrate Advanced AI: Implement and integrate LLM-based capabilities using OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, and RAG pipelines to deliver intelligent, responsive user experiences.Client Partnership & Consulting: Work directly and collaboratively with clients, understanding their unique environments (systems, tools, regulatory constraints) and translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.Navigate Complex Environments: Seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing, potentially undocumented or legacy client systems and APIs.Project Leadership & Autonomy: Proactively lead projects, take ownership of their success, make critical technical decisions based on business needs, and manage timelines effectively.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal development and marketing teams, translating client feedback into product enhancements and aligning our solutions with market demands.Effective Communication: Articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.What You'll Bring:Extensive Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years in agile, iterative environments focused on rapid delivery and feedback.Deep AI Expertise: Proven experience (in at least one client-focused project) with GenAI, RAG, and building reliable AI solutions, demonstrating a strong understanding of AI architecture and quality assurance beyond just using AI tools.Technical Proficiency:Front-end: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn.AI/ML: OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and a strong understanding of LLM behavior and capabilities.Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and GCP.Problem-Solving & Leadership: A proactive, autonomous mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of delivering high-value solutions within tight constraints.
