Join a Medical and Aesthetics private practice that has been serving the beautiful Southern Oregon coast since 1987. The clinic is located walking distance from the scenic Port of Brookings where the Chetco River meets the Pacific Ocean and boasts holiday markets, farmers markets, restaurants and bars. Brookings-Harbor is a prime location where places like the historic Stout Grove and the mighty Rogue River are driving distances away. This area has world class surfing, fishing, and cycling. It is a true paradise for any and all outdoor enthusiasts.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician to join our dynamic medical team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical services, diagnose and treat a wide range of health issues, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough medical assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
  • Collaborate with physicians to diagnose and treat various medical conditions. Prescribe medications, therapies, and treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Perform a range of medical procedures such as wound care, suturing, and injections.
  • Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive healthcare practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
  • Stay current with medical advancements and best practices by participating in ongoing education and training.
  • Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing healthcare practices.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid medical license to practice in Oregon.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty.
