WEEKEND CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAD

No experience required – we’ll provide the training.

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Weekend Customer Service Lead to oversee customer service operations and provide leadership during weekend shifts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and is committed to maintaining high standards in customer service and store operations.

What We Offer:

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support customer service team members during weekend shifts

• Ensure employees remain productive and focused throughout their shifts

• Uphold customer service standards and address customer concerns professionally

• Monitor the appearance and organization of the sales floor, keeping displays stocked and presentable

• Delegate tasks appropriately and follow up to ensure completion

• Reinforce company policies, procedures, and expectations

• Assist with training and coaching team members

• Communicate important updates, concerns, and operational issues to management

• Assist customers with purchases, returns, and product questions

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

• Jump in wherever needed to support the team and ensure a successful weekend operation

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred but not necessary

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others

• Comfortable giving direction and holding team members accountable

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
