$6,000 Sign-On Bonus for FT
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus for PT
$34 - $47 (all inclusive)
Responsibilities of LPN:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the Nurse (LPN)
Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
Qualifications of LPN:
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in Massachusetts
Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
Ability to work with multiple patients at once
