Job Title: Professional Painter
Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare surfaces, apply paint and finish, and ensure high-quality workmanship while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming.
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Protect furniture, floors, and fixtures with drop cloths and masking materials.
- Mix and match paint colors as needed.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain painting tools and equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
- Clean work areas after each project.
Qualifications:
- Previous painting experience preferred (residential and/or commercial).
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders and scaffolding.

Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
Pay:
- Starting $17.00 per hour or (based on experience)
