What You’ll Do:
- Clean – ensure the community is up to company and regulatory standards.
- Sanitize – following daily cleaning schedule for rooms and common areas to maintain cleanliness.
- Collaboration – connecting with fellow staff within community for support and engaging with residents.
- Safety – ensure proper infection control and safety protocols are met per your supervisor.

Requirements
What you bring:
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in working with seniors.
- Previous experience in a memory care or senior living setting preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
- Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or a GED.
