Overview

Use your language skills to help people feel welcomed, understood, and supported.

Great customer service can make a real difference, especially when someone is reaching out for healthcare or support. Being able to communicate with someone in the language they're most comfortable using can make that experience even better.

Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Bloomington, Illinois. We're especially interested in candidates who can communicate effectively in both Spanish and English and want to use those skills to serve patients and families in our community.

You'll often be one of the first people a patient speaks with when they call or visit Chestnut. You'll welcome patients, answer questions, schedule appointments, complete registration and check-in, verify insurance information, collect payments, and help connect people with the services they need.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates with patience and respect, and can stay organized in a busy healthcare environment.

If you're bilingual and want to put both your language and customer service skills to work somewhere they can make a meaningful difference, we'd love to meet you.
