Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Contract Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team working between 30 to 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in recruiting with expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
This position is primarily located in the Franklin office (hybrid work schedule once fully trained).
· Job Description Revisions: Revise current job descriptions to ensure formatting and general job postings are clear and professionally written.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from in-take meeting to offer acceptance in collaboration with Human Resources manager, ensuring seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Sourcing Candidates: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, assess candidates' skills and experience, and facilitate interview process with hiring managers.
- Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and benefits, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires; works closely with clinical and administrative managers to ensure pre-employment process is seamless and well-organized.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically preferred. CP-SHRM certification
- Experience: At least two years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or an HR roles that includes recruitment responsibilities and a strong understanding of the recruitment process and employment laws.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Work environment: Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with the ability to pivot quickly as needed.
