Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Handle cash transactions with precision and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or resolve outstanding issues.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall service quality.
Experience
- Previous experience with Cornerstone is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with customer support software is advantageous.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions under pressure.
