Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing all PF&B functions of the sales and operations department to ensure sales and profitability goals are met while controlling operational expenses.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for PF&B sales and operations teams.
- Direct all functions of sales and operations within the territory
- Responsible for forecasting and sales tracking
- Evaluate market trends
- Manage P&L statements
- Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
Education/Experience:
- High-School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor s Degree
- Master s Degree Preferred
- 2-4 years of sales management experience
- 1 years of previous sales experience
- Valid driver s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
