President/CEO

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans that align with organizational goals and mission.
• Lead and oversee all operational activities, ensuring efficient management of resources, programs, and services.
• Cultivate strong relationships with board members, partners, and community stakeholders to support organizational growth and sustainability.
• Provide visionary leadership to senior management teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
• Drive business development initiatives including increasing memberships and sponsorships, marketing strategies, and revenue-generating opportunities.
• Manage organizational finances by overseeing budgets, financial planning, and ensuring fiscal responsibility across all departments.
• Represent the organization publicly at events, conferences, and media engagements to enhance visibility and influence within the community.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in corporate strategy development or nonprofit strategic management with a strong record of leadership success.
• Proven expertise in executive-level team management, including supervising senior staff and fostering high-performance teams.
• Strong background in business management with skills in operational oversight, financial stewardship, and organizational development.
• Experience in fundraising for nonprofit organizations or business development initiatives that support growth objectives.
• Knowledge of marketing principles combined with strategic planning capabilities to expand organizational reach.
• Exceptional collaboration skills with board members, stakeholders, and community partners to align efforts toward shared goals.
• Ability to navigate complex operational environments while maintaining focus on mission-driven outcomes.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
