Intermediate Lead Teacher

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Intermediate LeadTeacher to join our growing preschool community! Our goal is to inspire curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child.

As an Intermediate LeadTeacher, you?ll have the opportunity to:

• Create an engaging classroom where children can explore, question, and discover.
• Design hands-on lessons that prepare students for kindergarten and beyond.
• Foster strong relationships with families through communication and collaboration.
• Support each child?s social, emotional, and academic growth.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.

• CDA, NC Early Childhood Education Credential, or degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.

• A passion for early childhood education and helping children learn and grow
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build a positive classroom environment
• Authorization to work in the United States
