We are seeking a Licensed Landscape Architect/Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team at our Malvern office. All applicants shall possess a degree in Landscape Architecture and be considering applications for licensure.
The ideal candidate will also be knowledgeable in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, MS Office, Adobe Suites and will help with document production to meet project deadlines. This position will collaborate with other landscape architects, landscape designers, engineers, and planning staff. The position will focus mainly on the following:
· Produce land development plans according to company standards.
· Prepare construction drawings.
· Prepare landscape plans/details and site/planning documents.
· Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and other disciplines.
· Supported permit application packages and responded to agency review comments.
· Assist with quantity takeoffs and preliminary cost estimates.
· Supported construction administration activities by reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and documenting site observations.
· Conduct research on applicable codes and environmental requirements.
· Communication with project team members to meet development schedules and deliverables.
