Chester Valley Engineers, Inc., is an established civil engineering, land planning and surveying company that has been serving primarily Chester, Delaware & Montgomery Counties since 1955. CVE is seeking a Full Time Field Surveyor to join our professional team based in Malvern, Pennsylvania. This position is available immediately.
Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with a party chief to plan, coordinate and complete survey projects
- Conducting Field Surveys: (ALTA, Boundary, Topographic, As-built, & Construction Surveys)
- Accurately run survey measuring instruments
- Preparing accurate field notes by recording pertinent survey data
- Downloading and Uploading project data
- Coordinating with office staff
- Adherence to project schedules and budgets
Qualifications for the position:
- 2-5 years of survey experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Topcon Total Station, Robotics, GPS, RTK, and other survey equipment
