Job Summary
Chester Pool Systems is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the design, fabrication and installation of aquatic vessels for world-class real estate developments. This individual will drive decision-making and collaboration between internal teams, general contractors, design teams, related trades and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and deliver project success.
The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary professional with a passion for actualizing ideas and exceeding client expectations. You have enthusiasm for collaborating on complex problems, yet are skilled at maintaining control of the details. Manufacturing and construction experience is preferred, but not required for candidates with a strong project management background.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders through establishing trust and effective communication
- Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments
- Manage project scope, including identifying contract requirements and potential gaps with other trades
- Coordinate the development, review and delivery of project deliverables, including design and shop drawings
- Monitor, document and report on project schedules, budgets and progress to keep project stakeholders informed
- Manage project permitting and compliance
- Occasional travel to project sites across USA
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on influencing stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management best practices and methodologies - PMI certification (e.g., PMP) a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with successful outcomes
- Skilled at building relationships, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
- A cross-functional mindset and strong business acumen
- Innovative, forward-thinking approach to improving processes and efficiency
- Proficiency in contemporary productivity and project management software

Experience Level: 3 Years - Construction Industry (preferred)
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Day shift
