What are the responsibilities and job description for the (2) Custodian (Full-time) - Coatesville position at Chester County Intermediate Unit?
At the present time, vacancies exist within the Administrative Services department of the Chester County Intermediate Unit for full-time, nightside Custodians. These positions will be based at the Child & Career Development Center located at 1625 E./1525 E. Lincoln Hwy in Coatesville, PA. The base schedule for these positions are 2:00PM to 10:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of institutional cleaning methods and processes preferred
- Previous experience in a school custodial position preferred
- Current police, child abuse & FBI Fingerprint clearances required
- Clean and maintain building facilities
- Utilizing and operating appropriate equipment, perform routine facilities maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable items
- Set up and breakdown tables and chairs for special events
- Assist with the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies
- Operate buffer, floor-care machines, vacuums, drills, and other small power tools
$20.65 to $22.53 per hour (Based upon experience)
