Independent Personal Trainer

Chess Fitness is opening its doors to a small number of established independent trainers looking for a professional space to train their own clients.
This is not an employment position. It’s an opportunity to operate your own training business inside a private, professional training facility without the overhead of running your own gym.

- Interested in working alongside other serious fitness professionals
ABOUT CHESS FITNESS
Chess Fitness is a private performance and personal training facility in El Segundo, California, built around intentional training, movement quality, and individualized coaching.
We are intentionally keeping the trainer community small.
Only 3–5 trainer positions will be available.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
