Automotive Technician/Mechanic

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. This role involves working on a variety of vehicles, including GM models, and requires expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems. Duties

• Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately.
• Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Execute automotive repair tasks on various systems such as powertrain and electrical systems.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding vehicle issues and recommended services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive repair and service, with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics.
• Familiarity with GM vehicles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in working with automotive electrical systems and troubleshooting related issues.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is a plus.
