As a Pediatrician at ChesPenn, you'll play a critical role in delivering compassionate, comprehensive healthcare to our youngest patients. What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality, culturally competent pediatric care in a primary care setting
• Conduct well-child visits, immunizations, developmental screenings, and acute care visits
• Partner with families to manage chronic conditions such as asthma, ADHD, and obesity
• Collaborate closely with behavioral health, dental, and social services to support whole-child wellness
• Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives
• Engage in community health outreach and advocacy as needed
• Supervise and mentor residents, students, or other clinical staff as appropriate
• Work across ChesPenn locations as needed to meet patient needs

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with completed pediatric residency
• Board certified or eligible in Pediatrics
• Valid medical license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA and CPR/BLS certification
• Commitment to community health and working with medically underserved populations
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
