Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Installation Technician responsible for assembling, installing, andmaintaining custom signs and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitmentto safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install signs on buildings and other structures.
- Configure designs based on site conditions and customer needs.
- Follow building standards and codes when installing signage and various products.
- Installation of various components using hand or power tools.
- Operate various ariel life equipment within various jobsite conditions.
- Examine and test products and equipment for defects to ensure proper functioning.
- Tend and observe equipment to verify efficient and safe operation.
- Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts.
- Clean, maintain or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, and tools.
- Diagnose electrical problems and install or rewire electrical components.
- Disassemble and reassemble signage for repairs.
- Position vehicles, and equipment for assembly or installation.
- Transfer tools, parts, and equipment to and from workstations.
- Assist in ordering parts to maintain inventory.
- Follow OSHA, DOT, company, job site, and customer safety standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of and experience with machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Ability to identify and assess issues and formulate solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Continuous learning mindset.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- 1 to 3 years of industry experience.
- CDL Class B with airbrakes.
- Experience driving forklifts and trailers.
- Completion of safety training programs (PPE, ladder, electrical, fall, bloodborne pathogens).
- Completion of a 10 or 30-hour OSHA Outreach Training Program.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
