In this role, your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and verifying loan applications, evaluating associated risks, and making informed loan eligibility decisions. You will need to exercise sound judgment based on detailed analysis and ensure all documentation complies with relevant regulations.

Qualifications
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 consecutive (recent) years in Conventional, FHA, and VA underwriting experience.
- Maintain accurate records of underwriting decisions.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations.
