Responsibilities:

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, and exchanges
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
