Swim Instructor – Cheshire Community Pool
The Cheshire Community Pool is currently hiring Swim Instructors for our upcoming swim lesson sessions!
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Position Overview:
As a Swim Instructor, you will teach children and adults how to swim in a safe, supportive, and friendly environment. Lessons range from parent-and-tot classes to beginner swimmers and advanced lap swimmers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide swim instruction to individuals of all ages and skill levels
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with both swimmers and parents
- Deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Caring and patient attitude toward children and adults
- Ability to work in the water for up to 3 hours
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior experience preferred, but training is available
Additional Notes:
- Instructors must be available for the full duration of each session
- Opportunities to shadow current lessons are available to help you get started
