This role ensures safety, teaches work skills, and oversees lawn care projects in the community. Work environment involves both indoor, outdoor, and other assigned work as needed.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) and annual TB test required.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to drive vehicles up to 15 passengers.
- Lawn care and supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Supervise, transport, and assist consumers on the yard crew during outdoor and indoor assignments.
- Ensure safety, accountability, and appropriate behavior of all crew members.
- Provide direct care and training in work skills, social skills, and daily living skills.
- Document daily activities, progress, incidents, and behavior reports as required.
- Maintain and monitor yard tools, vehicles, and equipment for safe operation.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (some flexibility required)
