CHESCO offers a variety of concrete cutting services to accommodate any project need including: slab or road sawing of concrete and asphalt services, wall sawing, wire sawing, core drilling, sawing and sealing, concrete grinding, structural scanning and utility locating.

$25.00/HR plus shop and travel time.

Foreman potential annual salary of over $100,000.00.

A complete line of core drills, hydraulic and electric powered to drill up to 72” diameter holes.

Hydraulic wall sawing systems including wire saws and track saws.

High frequency Pentruder track saws for indoor and outdoor cutting.

Propane, electric and diesel-powered slab saws for indoor and outdoor cutting.

Tier IV diesel-powered bobcats, lulls, excavators, backhoes, forklifts and more for indoor and outdoor concrete removal, excavation, etc.

DXR machine with water hook-up for indoor concrete hammering, removal, excavation, etc.

Pouring back and finishing all concrete trenches.

Sawing and sealing including joint widening for highways, parking lots, bridges, and airports.

Dowel drilling highway patches and interior trenches.

Highly advanced rigging and removal.

Controlled demolition.

Torching and burning.

1600 MHz GPR antenna (GSSI) scanner (if hired for the scanning division).

5:30am shop start time to load equipment and prepare for the work day.

7:00am-3:30pm work day on-site with a 30-minute lunch break at 12pm.

Return to the shop to unload and wash equipment and trucks at the end of each day, and prepare for the next job.

Communication with project manager.

Regular drug testing

Valid driver’s license

Background check

DOT physical

Ability to work nights and weekends, and to travel and stay away for projects when called upon

Attendance at all safety meetings held every 3rd Thursday at 3:30pm at the shop.
