Commercial HVAC Field Technicianwith a strong operational discipline and technical precision. We are looking for candidates with a background in engineering, facilities operations, and technical specialties who are ready to bring their field experience and mindset to the workforce.

Base Pay: $30-$50/Hr

• Commensurate with experience. This range represents a general guideline; however, a number of factors are considered when determining base pay offers, such as the scope of responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions
  
  

Required Qualifications And Experience

• 4 years of commercial HVAC or equivalent military mechanical experience (e.g., 12K, 3E4X1, EM/HT/MOS ratings, etc.)
• Journeyman License (preferred), however, not required
• Strong field troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities under pressure
• Exceptional communication, situational awareness, and a great attitude
  
  

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Execute diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including
• Cooling Towers, boilers, heat pumps, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and automated control systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions using systematic, field-tested protocols
• Perform equipment start-ups, system evaluations, and corrective repairs with minimal supervision
• Replace or repair defective components, wiring, and integrated systems with precision and accountability
• Interpret technical manuals, system schematics, and operational diagrams to maintain system integrity and reliability
