Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Representative
Chesapeake ENT – Chesapeake Specialty Care
Are you an experienced medical front desk professional who enjoys staying busy, working with a supportive team, and making a real difference for patients every day? Chesapeake ENT is looking for a friendly, reliable Medical Receptionist to join our growing specialty practice.
This is a fully in-person role that offers variety and teamwork across multiple locations. Regular travel to all four offices—Owings Mills, Rosedale, Columbia, and Westminster—is required.
Schedule

Monday–Friday (no weekends!)

8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM

30-minute unpaid lunch
What You’ll Do

Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out with professionalism and care

Schedule appointments across all practice locations

Collect copays and outstanding balances

Assist patients with insurance and billing questions

Ensure paperwork, referrals, and medical records are accurate and complete

Prepare charts and maintain organized front desk and filing areas

Rotate between office locations as assigned

Support the team with additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of medical front desk or medical office experience (required)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Ability to handle basic office tasks (typing, scanning, filing)

Professional, compassionate approach with all patients

Willing and able to travel regularly to all four locations
Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Medical office training is a plus
