Attending Otolaryngologist Opportunity – Maryland / Baltimore–Washington Region
Chesapeake Specialty Care (Chesapeake ENT) is a thriving, physician-driven ENT practice in one of the most desirable regions on the East Coast.
Our well-established, high-volume otolaryngology practice is seeking a motivated BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join our growing team serving the greater Baltimore–Washington metropolitan area. We are a comprehensive general ENT practice with strong clinical infrastructure, excellent ancillary support, and a clear pathway toward long-term professional and financial success.
About the Practice
We provide comprehensive care across all aspects of adult and pediatric otolaryngology, including:
General ENT
Sinus and allergy care
Otology and hearing disorders
Voice and swallowing disorders
Pediatric ENT
In-office procedures and surgery
Our practice includes:
- A robust in-house audiology department
- Established allergy testing and immunotherapy program
- Hearing aid dispensing and support services
- Affiliation with a comprehensive vestibular testing and therapy center
- Option for surgery center ownership
We currently serve patients across four Maryland locations:
- Owings Mills
- Westminster
- Columbia
- Rosedale

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Eligible for Maryland medical licensure
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Interest in practicing comprehensive ENT care within a collaborative environment
